I recollect a couple of decades ago students who profess Christ and the Christian faith were tagged as *'Chrife'*. They are seen as *'anti-so'* the abridged version of *anti-social* as they refuse to conform to deviant behaviors that has become the norm. The sub-culture of yesteryear has become the dominant culture. Before the coming of Christianity to our great-grandfathers they had social and cultural values that promotes purity and decency. Christian values reinforced these values but preached forgiveness of sins premised on GRACE contrary to the existing punishment that may lead to one being banished or ostracized from society. Bible says in Romans 6:1 that, *'...shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?*

Verse 2 says, *God forbid.*...

Students who live by the values espoused in Romans 6 were tagged as *anti-so* and called *a Jew*. This, I suppose was based on how Jews were persecuted under Hitler's Germany. Your colleague students shawn your company and change the topic of discussion when you join them. You were a mockery and a weakling. I remember my son who belongs to the *new school* was querried by his friends at school why he was always making reference to Jesus and the Bible during conversation. He told my wife and I that his school mates laughed at him because he was always making reference to Jesus Christ.

Bible says because Mordecai was and is a Jew Haman *cannot prevail against him*. Be encouraged to live a chaste life as a student on campus or a single yet to be married man or woman including married couples. Recent news headlines indicates the arrest of a young man who manages a website that blackmails unsuspecting single and married women by threatening to post their nude pictures or love making videos on this website. This is disgusting and unpardonable. Having casual unprotected sex in this era of AIDS and COVID has become the new normal for some. The sub-culture of yesteryear has become the dominant culture. What is the Church doing? God says He wish that intercessory prayer be made for ALL men (generic): 1 Timothy 2:1. Let us Lift up those Holy Hands unto God in prayer for and with our sons, daughters, sisters, aunties, nieces, cousins, mothers, nephews, uncles, brothers et cetera who cannot make informed choices. They have been socialised by the over patronised social media and the internet to adopt and live values of yesteryear's sub-culture as the dominant culture. Ills of society has been branded as *'trending'* and *'going viral"*, and for some this means the norm or new normal. Simple coining and use of words has changed our values as a people.

Play and be the *"Jew"* of contemporary times and let society mock at you. But one thing is certain, *'your detractors shall not prevail against you"*. They will come at you from one direction but flee in seven; Deuteronomy 28:7.
