BE FAITHFUL IN LITTLE THINGS

Accountability is often the missing ingredient that hold teams, groups, communities, countries et cetera, back from achieving success. Leaders must be truthful and give true account of the confidence reposed in them.

Most leaders at all levels and all endeavours of life have failed to give accountable leadership to those who voted or appointed them to the responsible position of leadership. They have abused the confidence reposed in them by taking unilateral decisions without consulting those for whom they have been placed in the leadership position.

The very little things in life and the impression you leave on people's mind matters a lot. If you are faithful at the lowest level of leadership naturally higher commitment will be given you. Posterity will not forgive you if you deliberately abuse the confidence reposed in you.
