YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SAY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WISH TO DO SO

36 But I say unto you, That every iddle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgement.

37 For by thy words thou shalt be Justified, and by thy words thou shalt be Condemned.

Mathew 12: 36 & 37 KJV

You do not have to say anything unless you wish to do so, but what you say may be taken down in writing and given in evidence. A person has to be cautioned, in the words of the caution statement above in some regines, when he/she is arrested by the police or any arresting authority. This caution is a must, unless circumstances prior to the arrests did not allow it.

The position of God on what we say under the guise of freedom of speech is clearly and succinctly stated in Mathew 12: 36 & 37. The position of the Law on what one says during an arrest in some jurisprudence, for instance in American Jurisprudence as stated earlier is clear and succinct.

Words are spiritual and can be traced to its origin or originator. There are no private spaces in the spiritual communications spectrum. Every word uttered in your closet, is like, it was spoken in the public domain. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit and the host of heaven, hears every word uttered. Likewise the devil and his cohorts. It is ONLY God who know our thoughts. The devil and his cohorts DO NOT KNOW OUR THOUGHTS. So anytime you spew out iddle words in anger and desperation, they stand in testimony accusing you 24/7 of your own iddle talk and ignorance. Be circumspect in your choice of words when addressing people whether believers or non believers. God created man in His image and likeness and having created the heavens and the earth and all that is in it, said, IT WAS GOOD. God observed and declared it was GOOD, who are you then to state otherwise? Your iddle thoughts about people as you address them, is also known to God. So be circumspect and generous about others in your thought about them. Just because you have their audience and attention does not mean you should under estimate their intelligence.

People have taken to publishing damaging information about others and institutions. You are culpable if you restate or help publish such information. You can be brought before a judge in a competent court of law. If the long arm of the Law does not catch up with you, GOD WILL.

Go out there and be discipline and circumspect in your utterances.
