Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the Lord in ceasing  to pray for you: but I will TEACH YOU THE GOOD and RIGHT WAY: 

LIFT UP THOSE HOLY HANDS UNTO GOD IN PRAYER. It's Time to Pray.
