3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem the other better than themselves.
4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
Philippians 2
No one person is the repository of knowledge. But some in the wildest of their imagination claim to know it all. Well it is the figment of their own imagination. They are ignorant of Mission Command which gives the one executing the task the leverage to exercise discretion within the context of the unifying purpose given. They interfere in the affairs of others, passing derogatory comments, meanwhilee they are intolerant to others doing same to them. They tell lies wilfully with malice. Bible says let nothing, absolutely nothing be done through strife or to attain vain glory. Be sensitive and considerate to others opinion and approach to doing any assignment. Keep your opinion to yourself if you cannot volunteer it willingly. Bible abhors a froward person:
And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith, Deuteronomy 32:20.
Proverbs 22:5 says, 'Thorns and snares are in the way of the froward: he that doth keep his soul shall be far from them.'
Proverbs 11:20, says 'They that are of a froward heart are abomination to the LORD: but such as are upright in their way are his delight.'
God also detests a froward mouth:
Proverbs 8:13, says, 'The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.' So bible says in Proverbs 4:24 that, 'Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.'
This is because, 'The mouth of the just bringeth forth wisdom: but the froward tongue shall be cut out.' Proverbs 10:31
In Proverbs 16:28 Bible tells us that, 'A froward man soweth strife: and a whisperer separateth chief friends.'
What God has destined CANNOT be changed. So, everybody should hold himself up in readiness for his or her lot. Stop interfering in others affairs.
