Did God bless us so that we can be a blessing onto others?

*TRUTH* - Many times in our prayer we ask God for financial blessings. Why will God bless us with a fat pay check with a fat bank account? Is it for our own sake?
The *TRUTH* is God gives us because He knows our heart. He knows that we will give to others. God does not give us financial blessings for us to keep for ourselves alone or to brag about having pecuniary wellness, or purchase flashy cars and designer wear just for ourselves alone. He blesses us to be a blessing onto others.
When God blesses you *financially*, don't increase your standard of living. Raise your standard of *GIVING*

The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself. The people will curse him who withholds grain, But blessing will be on the head of him who sells it.
